RATES

Day Visitor Rate/Not overnight - $5

Family Rates - 2 Adults & 2 Children

Flat Rate:  $35 per night per site for family of 4
Holiday Rate:  $40 per night per site
Each Additional Camper:  $5 each (total of 5)

Standard Rates - Up to 4 PEOPLE per site

First 2 Campers:  $35 per night per site
Holiday Rate: $40 per night per site
Each Additional Camper:  $5 each (total of 3 more)

FOLK FEST Rates - Up to 5 PEOPLE per site normally

Every summer, we host campers and volunteers who LOVE the near by FOLK FEST as much as we do. For this weekend only, we hold reservations for a 3 night stay block (Thursday–Sunday night). These fill up fast. Just sayin’.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Maximum number of people per site is 5.  Site occupancy is limited to one family unit (persons living in one household) or one non-family unit, limited to five persons per site.  Groups over 5 may be approved on a case by case basis upon management approval.  Anyone renting a campsite must be 18 years of age older.

  • Deposit of one (1) night's fee to reserve site. There will be a $30 service fee charge for all returned checks.

  • Cancellation Policy:  If you need to cancel, you must call 24 hours prior to your arrival date.  A full return will be given.  No refunds will be given if you cancel after 24 hours, no shows, early departure, inclement weather, etc.

  • Check is time is 2:00pm.  No check in after 9:00pm.  Check out is 12:00m.  Early arrival may be available for a $5 fee.

  • Holiday Weekends:  Include Memorial Day, July 4th (and the weekend of), and Labor Day.  

  • All campsite are basic.  There is no electric or running water.  Water is available for washing.  Men’s and women’s shower houses are provided.

  • Camping may not be available to the public during special events.

  • Units per site:  A maximum of two sleeping units are permitted per campsite, of which only one may be wheeled.

RULES

By registering at Cabin Craft Outdoor Adventures Campgrounds, you and your registered guests are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of the campground.  Failure to comply will result in being asked to leave.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Minimum Stay

Summer Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
1 night Sunday through Friday
2 nights if reserving a Saturday - 1 night may be approved on a case by case basis

Maximum Number of Sleeping Units

A maximum of two sleeping units are permitted per campsite, of which only one may be wheeled.  Tents must be placed on the designated tent pad/open area in order to protect the resources as much as possible.  If a designated pad or gravel area is not provided, the tent(s) must be contained within the campsite in an area that least disturbs the resource and any neighboring sites.

Parking + DRIVING

No parking on the grass in the campground area.  Parking is only permitted in designated areas.   
Speed limit is 5 MPH.

Respect Other Campers

Keep restrooms and campsites clean and litter free.  This includes any pet litter.  Honor other campsites by not running through them or disturbing them.

Visitors, Quite Hours and Noise

All visitors must check-in/register at the office.  All visitors will be charged a $5 fee.  Visitors are welcome to campsites from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  Anyone who enters the campground without checking in at the office will be asked to leave immediately. You are responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors at your campsite. Campers must not disturb the others between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Electric generators that create excessive noise are prohibited.

Campfires + CAMP STOVES

Fires are permitted only in provided fireplaces/rings.  No open burning allowed without the use of a campfire ring.  Please be careful with fire and supervise children at all times. Fires must always be attended by an adult and put out completely with water when not attended (do not let them smolder).  

Observe all posted fire regulations/warnings.  Check with the campground office for current fire danger conditions. During periods of increased fire danger, fires may not be allowed. PA State Law bans the burning of any pressure treated woods and moving any type of wood from other states due to insects. Cutting, chopping, mutilating, debarking any live or dead standing trees is strictly prohibited at all times.  The operation of chainsaws is also prohibited.  Do not drive nails, axes, saws or knives into our trees.

  • Firewood is not provided.  Firewood is for sale at the office.

  • Gas and propane camp stoves are permitted

Trash

Do not burn trash.  A dumpster is provided for campground generated trash.  Bag all trash prior to placing in the dumpster.  

Water Usage / Perkiomen Creek

Dishwashing is permitted only where appropriate facilities are available.  Washing dishes, clothes or pets is prohibited in the restrooms. Do not contaminate the Creek.  Do not dispose of trash or wash camping equipment in the Creek.  The washing of any campground gear and/or dishwashing is prohibited in the Creek.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all buildings and restrooms.  This is for everyone’s safety and is the law in Pennsylvania.

Children

Parents are responsible for children anywhere on the premises, at all times.  Do not leave children unattended.  Children may not be left in the campground without adult supervision.  Children under the age of 12 years old must wear a helmet while riding any bicycle or scooter. This is the law in Pennsylvania. Please do not park bikes in front of doors (office/bathroom).

Disruptive Behavior

If the police are called by management or another camper due to disruptive behavior, the camper will be required to leave the campground immediately.  No refunds will be given to any person in this situation. Please do not put yourselves and the management in this situation.

Alcohol is not permitted in any common areas outside of your designated campsite.  It is only permitted at your designed campsites. Pennsylvania legal drinking age is 21 and this law will be enforced.  Be responsible for you and your visitors at all times.

Firearms and Fireworks are prohibited in the campground at all times.  This includes all types of guns, BB guns, paintball guns as well as archery equipment.  All fireworks, even legal ones sold in Pennsylvania are prohibited. 

Insurance and Theft

We monitor the campground, but we are not responsible in case of theft or RV/tent contents thereof; nor for any damages caused by natural causes (i.e., a tree falling).  All activities in the campground areas are done at each individual's free will and Cabin Craft will not be responsible to injuries to guests or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. 

Pets

  • No more than two (2) non-caged pets are allowed to stay on any one campsite.

  • A house pet is limited to any dog or cat commonly kept in household captivity or a caged pet.

  • A caged pet is an animal that will not be released from its cage for the duration of its stay in the state park, like birds or hamsters.

  • A pet is not livestock, like horses, cows, pigs, sheep and goats.

  • A pet is not a vicious, aggressive or dangerous animal, i.e., any animal with a history of attacking without provocation.

Pet Camping Guidelines

  • Responsible ownership is the key!

  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of pet waste properly.

  • Pets can only be brought into a designated campground if caged, contained in a vehicle, trailer or on a leash.  Inquire at the office about specific leash length requirements.

  • Dogs and cats must have current rabies vaccinations.  A pet must display a valid license, if required in its home state. This must be presented at registration.

  • Pets must never be left unattended.

  • Pets must be under physical control at all times.

  • Pets may not create a disturbance or nuisance.  Excessive barking is a disturbance.

  • Pet food must not remain outside of a camping unit or vehicle because it will attract rodents/wildlife.

  • Pets are permitted in day-use areas, on designated sites in campground and all areas not otherwise closed to pets.

  • Animals that are considered vicious, dangerous or that display vicious behavior, will not be permitted.

We reserve the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who creates a disturbance or nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the above rules.  No refund of camping fee will be made in the event of such an eviction.

FLOOD PLAN

Purpose

 In recognized floodplain areas within the campground further known as Cabin Craft Campground, this flood evacuation plan will act as a guidance to effectively engage in evacuation proceedings to protect human life, health, and to minimize property damages and economic losses during flood situtations. 

Flood Evacuation Process - Park Responsibilities

  1. When threatening weather results in potential flooding, the management will designate a point person(s) to monitor the weather conditions by following the national weather service and flood levels through the agencies listed below.
    a. National Weather Service and/or The Weather Channel - www.weather.com
    b. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) website monitoring the Perkiomen Creek at the Graterford location - http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?wfo=phi&gage=grap1

  2. When flooding is eminent in the campground, the management will contact all persons occupying the affected sites and overnight campers. Management may coordinate those efforts with volunteer members.  Warnings and Alerts shall be sent to those campers expected to be effected as early as possible with postings located at the registration office. 

  3. Follow posted evacuation orders at all times an routes will be given and posted with appropriate signage.

  4. Updates will be provided to the Cabin Craft Campground website and also on the facebook page.

  5. Once a flood emergency has been declared, no sites/units in the area can be used for overnight camping.

  6. The management will deem when it is safe to return to the flooded area.  This will be based on the National Weather Service reports and any local authority direction.

  7. The Campground will comply with all local and state regulations.

  8. Refer to Campground Map for specific routes to be used for emergency evacuation.
